Post-construction cleaning is done in layers because that's the only way fine dust actually comes out. It starts with clearing leftover debris, then a top-to-bottom dusting of every surface — ceilings, light fixtures, trim, ledges, inside and on top of cabinets — because construction dust settles back down and a single pass never gets it. Then the detail work: adhesive and label residue off windows, fixtures and appliances, paint spatter cleaned off, and window tracks, vents and outlets cleared of the dust packed into them.

Floors come last, once the dust is down and off the surfaces, so they don't just collect it all over again — vacuumed, mopped, and cleared of any construction film. When it's done, the space reads as finished rather than freshly built: no gritty film underfoot, no dust on the ledges, no stickers or residue left on the glass, left clean and organized and ready to hand over.

Common questions

Why can't a regular cleaning handle construction dust?

Fine drywall dust is different — it settles into every surface and keeps resettling, so a single wipe-down just moves it around. Post-construction cleaning is done in layers, dusting from the top down before floors, which is the only way it actually comes out and stays out.

Do you clean after a remodel, or only a full new build?

Both. A kitchen or bathroom remodel leaves the same fine dust and residue a whole new build does, just in a smaller area. We clean after either one so the finished project is ready to use or hand over.

When should the post-construction clean happen?

After the construction work is fully finished, so nothing dusty happens after we clean. If there's a final walkthrough or handover date, tell us when we look at the project and we'll work the cleaning around it.
